The road ahead

A world made for travellers

mudgame brings the immediacy of an adventure game to the shared, surprising life of a MUD. You see only where you stand. The rest must be learned, remembered and shared.

One world, many stories

The world keeps moving

Day becomes night. The moon grows full. Monsters press against settled roads, messengers carry news between towns, and the consequences of yesterday wait for the next traveller.

Read the chronicles

Your way through the wild

Fight, forage, trade and return

Every journey starts with a purpose and grows through interruption: a missing caravan, a wounded stranger, an unfamiliar shrine or a storm-dark road.

Turn-based danger

Combat becomes deliberate and local while the shared world continues around you. Stand, flee or call nearby travellers for aid.

Physical equipment

Weapons wear names shaped by the elemental damage supplied by five armour pieces. Outerwear adds visual variety without adding combat power.

Food with purpose

Hunt, fish and cook to recover from the road. Prepared food restores you, but only a trained healer can make you completely whole.

Shared consequences

The things players save, ignore or destroy become part of the next chapter instead of disappearing when a quest ends.
